Our Mission,Our Work, Our Goal:
We know Christmas is always fast approaching but here at The Senior Santa Christmas Hamper Drive Program Christmas is never over for us. We are open and operating 364 days each year and we know every year everyone will be doing a
food drive, charity drive, toy drive etc all very much needed but we never hear about a Senior's
Drive. So I started the Senior's Santa Christmas Hamper Drive Program and we are
on year 3 of the not for profit organization.
Our goal every year is the same to "GIVE BACK TO OUR SENIORS" . We collect new unused items from sponsors,donors,community,local business etc that are targeted especially for seniors and put together special gift hampers for them to be donated to at least 5 facilities/seniors center/homes, shut-ins and this year there are well over 400 seniors in need of assistance in Orangeville and Shelburne area alone. This program is for seniors to show them Santa has not forgotten them.
We work together to make our cause known, to reach out to other groups and individuals who share our vision. Whether you’re ready to lend a hand or make a donation or even have questions here’s the place to do it. Help us prove to our seniors yes there is a Santa Claus and you're never to old to believe and that N0 senior is left alone or forgotten during the holidays, and they are not sitting in homes/facilities waiting for time to pass.
As a not for profit we rely on cash and or item donations big or small from visitors such as yourself . It is through the support of individuals and sponsors that we are able to continue the Senior’s Santa Christmas Hamper program, and to develop a new tradition to serve our seniors within the community. I know we can pull this off together with your help and donations.
It takes a village to raise a child but takes the whole community to care for our seniors, it is as as easy as putting 1 additional item in your basket when you are shopping or making a cash donation.Show you care. All cash donations received goes 100% into the program to purchase needed items to complete the hampers. If you are short on time and want us to shop for you please consider making a secure donation and we will gladly shop for any needed items!!!!!
